What is a humidor? The primary purpose of the cigar box is to maintain a constant, desired humidity level inside; secondarily, it protects its contents from physical damage and deterioration caused by sunlight. To maintain the optimum flavor and strength of your cigars, it's important to keep them as close to 21°C and 70% humidity as possible. The cigar storage cabinet is a climate-controlled display case where you can store your favorite cigars stylishly and safely. Cabin humidors are covered with Spanish cedar, which helps regulate humidity inside the cabin.
-
How does the humidor work?Storing your cigars in a cigar box will allow them to mature well over time. Cigars perform best when aged, but they must be stored correctly at the appropriate temperature and humidity or they will quickly lose their freshness and quality.
-
What sizes can the humidors be made in?We offer cigar boxes and cabinets for every cigar in many different sizes and designs. Cigar boxes and cabinets are produced from 50 cigars according to the need to store 2000 cigars.
-
What is the best humidity for storing cigars? It is recommended to keep the humidity level to which your cigars are exposed as constant as possible. The recommended humidity range to preserve your cigars is about 65% to 70%. If the humidity is above this level, your cigars may be exposed to excess moisture, which can cause the wrapper to separate and completely spoil the cigar. Failure to keep the humidity at the appropriate level affects the overall taste and aroma of your cigars.
-
What wood is the best for a cigar storage box?Spanish cedar is considered the best choice for cigar storage boxes. Spanish cedar preserves the flavor and aroma of the cigar, while helping to keep excess moisture out.
